high-quality solar energy products and solutions to our Customers and Direct Sellers.
This Buyback / Return / Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which such requests
will be processed. By purchasing or promoting Solfit products, you agree to the terms
of this Policy.

- Return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days from delivery
- Any issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery
- Product must not be installed, commissioned, or electrically connected
- Product must be returned in original condition

3. General Conditions
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
- Installed, wired, or tampered products are not eligible
- Damage due to improper handling or voltage fluctuation is excluded
- Solfit reserves the right to inspect returned products
4. Buyback / Return Policy
a) Marketable Condition
- Returned within 30 days
- Unused and uninstalled
- Original invoice available
- 100% refund of product value (excluding logistics costs)
b) Unmarketable Condition
- Installed or partially installed products
- Damaged, altered, or incomplete products
- No refund or buyback applicable
5. Exchange Policy
- Product must qualify under return conditions
- Exchange request raised within 30 days from invoice date
- Replacement product must be equal or higher value
- Price difference to be paid by Customer / Direct Seller
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds processed after inspection of returned products
- Refund initiated within 6–7 working days after approval
- Refund credited to original payment method or bank account
- No cash refunds
7. Installation & Service Limitation
- Installed or commissioned products are non-returnable
- Installation and service charges are non-refundable
- Customer-side electrical issues are not product defects
8. Shipping & Logistics
- Return shipping costs borne by Customer / Direct Seller
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Transit risk remains with sender until receipt by Solfit
9. Order Cancellation
- Company may cancel orders due to availability or payment issues
- Customer cancellation allowed only before dispatch
10. Final Authority
Solfit Energy Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Policy and take
final decisions in case of disputes.
